1. Delivery Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within up to 15 days from the order confirmation date.
In case of any delay in order preparation or dispatch on our side (e.g. due to stock availability issues, high order volume, or other operational reasons), you will be informed promptly and you may choose either to accept a new dispatch/delivery date or cancel your order with a full refund.
Delivery is considered completed once you or a third party designated by you has received the product.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
The delivery time, from the moment the product is handed over for shipment, is estimated as follows:
- Greece: 3–5 business days
- Europe (EU): 5–10 business days
- United States: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world (outside EU): 10–25 business days
Note: The above delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on factors such as distance, transport and customs procedures, weather conditions, strikes, or other force majeure events.
3. Shipping Methods
Delivery to your address
Orders are shipped via postal services. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are calculated based on the delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method.
The company is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address details or issues caused by third-party carriers.
Deliveries are made only on business days (Monday to Friday).
From the moment of delivery, the responsibility for the product is transferred to the customer, who is advised to check the condition of the items upon receipt.
Pick-up from physical store
If in-store pick-up is selected, you will be notified once your order is ready for collection. Please note that the production time is 15 working days from the day of your order.
Orders must be collected within 5 days from notification. A valid order number and identification document are required for collection.
Upon collection, responsibility for the products is transferred to the customer.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated before completing the order and are based on the delivery address, product weight, and selected shipping method.
5. Customs Duties & Taxes (outside EU)
United States:
Shipments to the United States are processed on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning all import duties and taxes are prepaid by us. The customer will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
Other countries outside the European Union:
Customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may be applied by the relevant authorities in the destination country. These charges are not included in the total order price and cannot be predicted or controlled by the company.
If applied, such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are usually collected upon delivery or according to the local customs procedures.
Customs regulations vary by country and are based on the value and type of goods.
