GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

By purchasing, gifting, or redeeming an Odotis Gift Card, you fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, which are permanently available on our website and apply to all cardholders. All issued Gift Cards remain the legal property of Odotis. You can fund a Gift Card using any payment method available on our Website, with the exception of Cash on Delivery (COD) or another Gift Card. Our Gift Cards are fully flexible and can be used across multiple separate transactions until the total balance reaches zero. If a purchase exceeds your available card balance, the remaining amount can be covered using any other standard payment method at checkout.

The Gift Card remains valid for exactly six (6) months from the date the Shipping Confirmation email is sent, and once this period expires, the card cannot be extended, reactivated, or used for purchases. If you return an item that was purchased using a Gift Card, no cash refund will be issued; instead, the refund amount will be issued as a digital Credit Voucher and sent via email to the customer who placed the order. The Gift Card operates as a bearer instrument, meaning the holder is entirely responsible for its security and safekeeping, and Odotis is not liable for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the card or its code.

Furthermore, we are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control, including incorrect recipient email addresses, technical network failures, or emails being filtered into junk and spam folders. The Gift Card may not be used for any unauthorized third-party promotional or advertising purposes without our prior written consent. Gift Card balances cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, however, under EU consumer law, you retain a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase date, provided the Gift Card remains completely unused. In this event, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued to the original payment method used, upon presentation of the original order receipt.
