Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of your order. In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from purchases made through our website without providing any reason and without additional charges.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us via email at info@odotis.com, including your order details and the reason for your request (return, size exchange, replacement, or refund).

Products must be returned without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date you informed us about your return request. All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and unaltered, and must include:

  • the original packaging,
  • proof of purchase,
  • and any accompanying accessories or documents.

Returned items must be packaged securely (such as in a protected envelope or rigid box) and shipped with a tracking number to avoid loss or damage during transit.

The customer is solely responsible for the return shipping costs and any related customs or transportation charges, unless the return concerns a defective or incorrect product.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected at our workshop, refunds are processed within 1 to 14 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defective or incorrect item.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or full refund, including all related shipping costs.

Exceptions

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for:

  • gift cards,
  • used products,
  • damaged or altered items,
  • products returned without their original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if the returned item does not meet the conditions stated above.

As an alternative to a refund, we may offer a credit voucher for future purchases through our website.
